Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Based at our partner charity, Age UK Bromley and Greenwich, at Community House in Bromley,  BR1 1RH.

Are you passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health? We’re seeking a dedicated Health & Wellbeing Facilitator to support Bromley residents living with long-term health conditions. In this engaging role, you’ll lead workshops, facilitate self-management groups, and work closely with our community to promote wellbeing and independence.

Information and Advice Generalist Advisor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £27,030

Location: Based at our partner charity, Age UK Bromley and Greenwich, at Community House in Bromley,  BR1 1RH with travel across both Bromley and Greenwich.

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Information & Advice Adviser to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential guidance on welfare benefits, care options, and legal matters, empowering older adults to live with dignity and independence.

Take Home and Settle Assistant  Bromley - Shift 1

Hours: Shift pattern 1 – Monday-Friday 09:00 - 13:00

Salary:  Monday-Friday call outs are £13.15 per hour.  Shift 1 retainer: £3,419 per annum.

Location: Working across Bromley borough.

Closing Date: 30th November 2024 however we reserve the right to close the application process early should a suitable candiate become available.

Please note: It is essential to have a driving licence and use of your own care to be considered for this role.
