Health & Wellbeing Manager Job Share

Hours: 15 Hours Per Week Thursday & Friday 

Salary: £16,000

Location: based in the central Bromley office of Bromley Well partner charity, Age UK Bromley and Greenwich

We have an opportunity to lead our Health & Wellbeing Team as part of a job share working in collaboration with another senior manager.

You will manage, develop and market Hospital Discharge and Health & Wellbeing Services in Bromley and Greenwich and work in partnership with other providers.

Adult Carers Support Coordinator

Hours:  37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9:00 - 5:30

Salary: £30,600

Location: based in the central Bromley office of Bromley Well partner charity, Age UK Bromley and Greenwich

Hours: Wednesday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

Salary:  £16,024

Location: based in the central Bromley office of Bromley Well partner charity, Age UK Bromley and Greenwich

We have a part-time opportunity in Bromley Well's Adult Carers Team as an Adult Carers Support Advisor. You will provide emotional and practical support to unpaid Carers in the London Borough of Bromley, aligned and working closely with the integrated care networks.
