If you are caring for someone with poor mental health and would like support, Bromley Well has a dedicated service for unpaid mental health carers.   

You can refer yourself or someone else for carer support here.

Mental Health and Money Advice provides practical advice and support for people experiencing issues with mental health and money. Their website has a savings calculator, budget planner and debt health checker. 

Support for children and young people

Good Thinking is an online service that helps Londoners, including Bromley residents, look after their mental health and wellbeing in a way that works for them.

Bromley Recovery Works offers a range of free opportunities to help adults who are recovering from mental health problems.

Suicide prevention and support if you or someone you know is struggling, Bromley council website provides a comprehensive list of where to get help. You can get immediate support from Samaritans if you call 116 123.

Support when a loved one  has died

Home - Cruse Bereavement Support, or Bereavement | Good Thinking Bereavement for support if you have experienced a bereavement.

Dementia

Bromley Dementia Hub supports people diagnosed with dementia and their carers, in Bromley.

 

Bromley Mental Health Hub

South East London Mind in partnership with the Bromley Mental Health Hub provide information on local services and resources to help you manage your mental health and wellbeing. 

This involves a telephone assessment with an advisor to discuss your mental health.  The advisor will provide information and resources related to your specific needs and signpost you to any services best suited to support you.
