The Adult Carers Support Team are holding a face-to-face workshop to give unpaid adult carers support with Emergency Care Planning.

The workshop will discuss the importance of forward planning for an emergency as well as provide you with a template for your use, help and guidance in putting the plan together and discuss who you should share your plan with.

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
