The forum is a friendly and inviting group that meets monthly to support local people with a physical impairment - all support is peer led by disabled people. 

Exchange life experiences, life hacks (of living with an impairment) and hear from a guest speaker. The topic of this meeting's guest speaker is mindfulness. 

A light buffet will be provided for people who book in advance.
