Wednesday 30 May 2018
14:30 to 16:30

Carers - enrol now for this free, 8 week course on coping with caring.

group of carersOn Wednesdays from May 30th, from 2.30pm-4.30pm at Azelia Hall in Beckenham.

Coping with caring is group cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) looking at the stressors of caring for someone. CBT is based on the idea that the way we think and feel affects how we act and behave. This then reinforces our thoughts and feelings which can lead to a negative cycle.

The sessions will aim to break this negative cycle and teach us to break down overwhelming problems into smaller parts so we can deal with them more positively.

Get in touch for further information and to book your place on the course.

We hope you can join us and look forward to meeting you!
