Welcome to Day 2 of #BromleySelfcare Week!
The main focus for today is eating well - why it's important and cooking creatively!
We're so pleased to have Ollie from Vegetarian for Life running the cooking session! Thanks for joining us Ollie!

What's on
10-11am Healthy Eating Workshop
On Zoom and hosted by Sue and Chetan. We'll be talking about portioning guidelines, good and bad fats, getting to grips with food labels, healthy snacks and tips for healthy takeaways.
11-12.30am Mindfulness Workshop
Join Dean from Bromley Well's Lomg Term Health Conditions Team to learn how mindfulness can help us manage stress and have a go at a mindfulness exercise! Check details & book here.
12-1pm Cook along with Ollie
Cook along (or watch!) with Ollie fom Vegetarian for Life. He will demonstrate how to make a simple flatbread with a carrot, ginger and orange soup, followed by a choc avocado pudding. Yum! When you register we will send recipes so you can cook along.
3-4pm Cookery session
Join Chetan from Bromley Well on Zoom. This is a pre-recorded video showing you how to make Low Fat Chana Masala. Afterwards we'll talk about the important health benefits of the spices and other ingredients used.
