All sessions are free to residents in Bromley Borough.

11am-12.30pm Black Heroes Foundation - the Locomotion Club for Seniors

Join the fun: sing-a-longs, exercise, dance, quizzes, learn about local heroes. A packed hour with something in it for everyone! If you enjoy the session then you can join us again every Thursday.

12 noon Meet your Social Prescribing Linkworker

The Bromley Social Prescribing team can help you navigate local services and support. They're based in GP practices across the borough. Find out how they can help you.

1-1.30pm Meet the team from NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)

Rob at Bromley Well will be joined by the team from the CCG. We'll be discussing caring for ourselves in winter and what's happening in local NHS services. A chance to hear about current and planned changes in the borough. There'll be a chance to ask your questions such as

• What can I do to help myself and my family?
• Is it ok to contact my doctor?
• Can I get a free flu jab?
• Can I get a COVID-19 test and how?
