Coping with Caring is a free course for anyone who supports someone who struggles with their mental health.

You’ll meet new people with similar experiences relating to being a mental health carer and learn different ways to cope with the challenges this brings. It’s interactive and is about you, as a carer.  Full details about the course are here.

Where?

The course is held over six sessions at Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich Mind's premises in Beckenham. Refreshments and biscuits will be provided!

When?

This course started on the 10th January 2023 and is weekly every Tuesday for 6 weeks from 10am-12:30pm. This is week 2.
