It's national Self Care Week! Across Bromley we are thinking about how we look after our own wellbeing, so why not pop in, grab a cuppa and have a chat!
Come along and talk to an Autism Specialist and learn more about the services, benefits and support on offer. Just drop in and see us. There is no need to book!
