Carer's Week Special! 

Join us for a special Carers Week Peer Support Group featuring guest speaker, Dean Baldwin! 

Dean will share valuable tips on self-care to help you better support those you care for. Enjoy raffle prizes, along with delicious cake and coffee. Come celebrate your incredible work! 

This session is for unpaid carers who are registered with Bromley Well. 

Please join us and other carers to discuss how things have been for you, exchange ideas and socialise with like-minded people. If you can't stay for the whole duration, that's absolutely fine. 

Booking is essential for Peer Support Groups.
