Yvonne will share valuable tips and tricks on how to use small pockets of time to make a big impact on your daily life. 

This session is for unpaid carers who are registered with Bromley Well. 

Please join us and other carers to discuss how things have been for you, exchange ideas and socialise with like-minded people. If you can't stay for the whole duration, that's absolutely fine.
