It's Self Care Week! Try something new...

Parkinson's UK Bromley & District are a friendly and very active group with loads going on for members and their friends/relatives!

Join them for this friendly session with some exercises and light-hearted movement!

It's an up-lifting session, with a lovely experienced leader.

£7 per person which includes light refreshments. Will suit people with Parkinson's and companions.
