SELF CARE WEEK
Try a Ramblers Wellbeing walk this week for Self Care Week!
A wellbeing walk is a regular, weekly walk led by a trained, volunteer leader. You can take things at your own pace, starting slowly and building up gently.
It’s wonderfully social too – you can spend quality time with family and friends – and who knows, even make some new ones.
Distances range from 1.5 - 2.5 miles.
They ask ask that people sign up online first via this link https://www.ramblers.org.uk/wellbeing-walks-sign-up and then they can just turn up to the walk they would like to attend.
Walk Leaders have Hi-Viz vests on to check in with on arrival and they can give any further information on the walk and all walks end up in a café after for Coffee and a chat.
