The Adult Carers Support Team are holding an online workshop to give unpaid adult carers support with Emergency Care Planning.

The workshop will discuss the importance of forward planning for an emergency as well as provide you with a template for your use, help and guidance in putting the plan together and discuss who you should share your plan with.
