SELF CARE WEEK

Join the local NHS team for a day of activities and information for your health and wellbeing.

Co-organised by partners in One Bromley, this FREE event is open to all.  A chance to get vaccinations, grab some well deserved self-care and meet teams from local services.

Free refreshments, all ages welcome. Come along and join in!

You can get information on:

• accessing health services and mental health support;
• staying well in winter;
• cancer screenings and other health initiatives;
• developing your digital skills to access healthcare;
• Community Health Champions programme.

Mottingham, Downham & Chislehurst (MDC) Primary Care Network

MDC PCN formed in 2019 and comprises of 2 general practices in Mottingham, Downham and Chislehurst areas of Bromley Borough – The Chislehurst Partnership and The Links Medical Practice.

The practices have a combined geographic area made up of around 35,000 patients.
