SELF CARE WEEK
AgeUK London & NHS London are holding an IN-PERSON event so you can ask NHS professionals how to stay healthy & make informed winter health choices.
We will be discussing exercise, diet, staying hydrated as well as eligibility for vaccines including flu, covid, RSV, shingles and pneumonia.
Guest speaker Dr Oge Ilozue, a practicising GP in north London and Senior Clinical Advisor, NHS London Vaccination Programme.
The event will be Chaired by Dr Tony Burch, Retired GP, Volunteer Vaccinator and Trustee of Age UK London.
When: Thursday, 14 Nov 2024 11:00 - 13:00 inlcuding a light sandwich lunch from 13:00.
