We are pleased to welcome Eltham Pharmacy to the Adult Carers Peer Support Group.

One of the pharmacy team will be coming along to give carers an overview of pharmacy services and to also offer a free blood pressure and ear check.

We will have a screened corner for the consultation for your privacy and will be holding Peer Support Group chat with tea, coffee and biscuits.

Come and meet a fellow Carer and the Adult Carers Team who can provide you with support and information.
