Calling all unpaid Adult Carers!

Come and meet a fellow Carer and the Adult Carers Team at our first Peer Support Group of 2025.

Join us for an empowering event designed to help carers prioritise their own well-being and avoid burnout.

We understand that carers often struggle to find time for themselves, which is why this event will focus on practical ways to make meaningful changes in your daily routine. As part of this experience, you will receive a special notebook, a space where you can start planning for "me time" this year. Whether it's dedicating a few minutes to reading a magazine, enjoying a short walk, or simply taking a moment to breathe, your notebook will be your creative outlet to map out self-care goals and strategies.

Join us in person at Bromley Community House - BR1 1RH. We are looking forward to meeting you.

Held every other Wednesday. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
