Do you support a loved one who struggles with their mental health? Join us the day before the launch of this years 'Time To Talk' Day for a get-together with fellow carers. 

Join for a safe space to chat, swap stories and share open conversations about mental health with others who get it.

Where: 5 Station Road, Orpington, BR6 0RZ  

Travel: Orpington Station is 10mins walk from the premises and if driving, parking is avalible to use for free for up to 3 hours in the Tesco directly oppsite.
