Bromley Adults with ADHD can join our free 'Life Admin' course and Peer Support Group.

Our support officers will assist you with a person-centred plan to create and achieve your goals.

You might want to better manage your paperwork, or sort out a long-standing issue.

We can help you:

• Complete an initial assessment
• Create your action plans
• Work on coping mechanisms 
• Increase your independence and resilience

The course runs over 5 sessions. Attendees are expected to attend all 5.

Session 1: 17^th of April

Session 2: 1^st May

Session 3: 15^th May

Session 4: 29^th May

Session 5: 12^th June
