Our event at Hayes Library is a peaceful space for
carers to connect, refresh, and enjoy a bit of "me time" in a supportive and friendly environment.

Enjoy a cup of coffee, engage in creative activities, dive into a good book, or simply relax, this is your time to focus on you. We look forward to seeing you there!
